Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS, REFUND, EXCHANGE
We are committed to providing you with the best service and experience. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and for that, we do accept returns in case of an unforeseen situation such as damaged products during transit or circumstances affecting the product which are beyond the control of the customer. The Nirvana Retail (collectively “11:11”, “Brandsby1111.com”, the “Platform” or “we”, “our”) returns and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased on our platform for below reasons only within the specified return/exchange period. We should be intimated about it within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product and if approved by us then the product should reach to us within 5 days from the day of approval by us.
We shall accept return in only below stated 2 situations:
- If we have delivered you a wrong product.
- Damaged in Transit
Please note that for both the above stated conditions we will need a COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO COVERING ALL THE ANGELS OF THE PRODUCT. In absence of the unboxing video we will not process and/or entertain any refund or return request.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving in a damaged condition, we provide free returns in which we either exchange or refund. If the stock is not available to exchange within 30 days of your request to return then we will initiate the refund. The returned items will undergo an inspection and a refund/exchange will be accepted, provided the returned products are in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and sellable condition. All the necessary parts of packaging accompanying the order should be intact in order to process a refund. Your refund will be processed in 5-7 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection. We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received is not up to the standards set by us.
Refund shall only be process in the same account from which the payment was initiate at the time of purchase. The Customer will have to submit Statement of Account and KYC of the account holder to process it within 5 days from our approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Nirvana Retail (collectively “11:11”, “Brandsby1111.com”, the “Platform” or “we”, “our”) cancellation policy gives you an option to cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on App/our website (Within 24 hours of your order). This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Upon order cancellation, we issue refund in the form of store credits. We’d provide you the store credits of the same value of your order. These credits can then be used during any future transaction within the store. In order to get and avail them, you need to first connect with us.
Further upon cancellation if we need to pick-up the product from your place then a reverse pick-up charge of INR 250/- shall be charged from the customer.
